AHBRA invites representations on its draft standards for AHBs

The Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority (AHBRA) today published the draft standards for ‘representations’ in line with the Housing (Regulation of Approved Housing Bodies) Act 2019.

The draft ‘Standards for AHBs’ have been published on our website and will remain until 29th October 2021, allowing for representations to be made in accordance with the Act.

AHBs and key stakeholders are invited to make representations in writing to AHBRA on the draft standards for AHBs during the 28 days following publication of the standards on 1^st October 2021.

All written representations should be documented in either Word or PDF format and submitted to AHBRA by email to communications@ahbregulator.ie. The email subject title should clearly state ‘Representations on Draft Standards’.

The deadline for submitting written representations to AHBRA is 5pm on Friday, 29^th October 2021.
